The Front Royal-Warren County Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the Warren-Page NAACP and Front Royal Independent Business Alliance (FRIBA) will host a Candidate Forum on Tuesday, October 4th at 7 p.m. This event is open to the public. Doors will open at 6:40 p.m. and the forum will begin promptly at 7 p.m.
Candidates running in opposed races including Front Royal Town Council and House of Representatives – District 6 have been invited to attend. Candidates who are running without opposition have been invited to make a brief statement to the public. Forums involving opening statements, questions, and closing statements will be held for candidates seeking election for Town Council and House of Representatives. Candidates will answer questions submitted by the public.
Forum organizers are asking that the public submit questions for potential use at the forum. Questions from the audience will not be allowed at the event. A panel comprised of representatives from each of the sponsoring organizations will screen questions submitted by the public in advance of the event.
