Parade Rules & Regulations

All entries must be safe for passengers and spectators.

There is only ONE official Santa in the parade.  Other “Santas” will be asked not to participate before the procession begins.

Parade route:  Line up on Luray Avenue – Right – Right on Main Street – Left on Chester Street – Right on 3rd Street – Disband at Warren County Government Center.

Entries will line up on Luray Ave. beginning at 2:30 pm. The parade begins at 4 p.m.  Participants will receive an email from Chamber staff the week of the parade with updates and detailed line-up instructions.

All commercial vehicles in the parade must be decorated with a holiday theme with a limit of three vehicles per business.

It is important that you keep your entry moving along the parade route.

Entries with animals are required to supply their own “cleanup crew”.  They must be used at staging area, during the parade and at the end.

All music from parade participants during line up or along parade route must be seasonal in nature and family friendly.

Due to space and safety issues the use of tractor-trailers will not be permitted.

Judges will be located “at the turn” on Main & Chester Streets.  Performance groups must perform “on-the-go”.  Limit your performance in front of the judges to no more than 30 seconds.
