Annual Dinner & Awards
Held in January, this event offers the opportunity for the Chamber to report back to its members in the form of an Annual Meeting & Awards Banquet. Serving as the official annual meeting of the membership, this event is also a major networking opportunity offering the opportunity to meet new contacts, catch up with old ones and see what the Chamber has been up to for the past year. It is also the first look into the new initiatives and programs the Chamber will be working on in the coming year. Awards presented include Citizen of the Year, Non-Profit of the Year, Education Contributor of the Year, Business of the Year, Public Safety, Entrepreneur of the year and NEW for 2026 the Community Sparkplug Award. These awards recognize businesses individuals and non-profits who have exhibited leadership, innovation, character and excellence in the community.

Business After Hours
Spend a couple of hours catching up with friends, making new business contacts, and enjoying good food and drink at Business After Hours – one of the Chamber’s most popular and successful, on-going networking events! This monthly networking event hosted by a Chamber member business, offer attendees a relaxed but purposeful networking atmosphere, capped off with some great drawings and giveaways. Business After Hours are held monthly at various member locations.
Candidates Forum
The Chamber hosts Candidate Forums for local and some state elections. These forums typically held in mid-October offer an opportunity for the voting public to hear from each candidate in order to make an informed decision on Election Day. The forums are also recorded for play back on the local government access channel.

Christmas Parade & Activities
Chamber sponsored community event held the 1st Saturday of December featuring over 100 parade entries including civic organizations, local businesses, church groups and more. Look for new and exciting additions to the Christmas Parade in 201 – well be adding festivities to extend this to an all day event in our beautiful downtown.

Coffee & Conversation
Coffee & Conversation will be held the first Friday of each month (except July) at 9 am.
This initiative aims to facilitate meaningful dialogue between the community, businesses, and local officials fostering open communication, education, and engagement. Through these gatherings, we will create a platform where residents, business owners, and public representatives can come together to discuss pertinent issues, share insights, and collaboratively work towards the betterment of our community.
Each Coffee & Conversation session will feature a relaxed and informal setting hosted at a local business. These meetings will include:
• Guest speakers such as local officials, subject matter experts, and community leaders to share insights, updates, and initiatives relevant to the community.
• Open Floor Discussion which provides attendees with the opportunity to voice their opinions, ask questions, and engage in constructive dialogue with the speakers and fellow participants.
• Networking opportunities by facilitating relationship building among attendees to cultivate connections and collaborations within the community.
We invite all members of the Front Royal-Warren County community, including residents, business owners, elected officials, and community stakeholders to join us. Together we can strengthen our community through meaningful dialogue and collective action.

Education & Business Trainings
The Chamber provides year-round education and business training opportunities to support professional development, leadership growth, and business success. Our programs cover topics such as workforce development, marketing, operations, community engagement, and emerging trends — equipping local businesses with the knowledge, skills, and connections needed to thrive in today’s evolving marketplace.

Leadshare
The Front Royal Warren County Chamber of Commerce Leadshare Group exists to foster meaningful business relationships, facilitate member referrals, and support the professional growth of Chamber members through structured networking opportunities.

Leadership Front Royal-Warren County
A program designed to give participants an in-depth overview of Front Royal-Warren County, encourage volunteerism and participation in molding the future of our community. Participants in the 8-month program study a different aspect of the community for one full day a month. Topics include: Local Government, Education, Public Safety, News Media, Local Economy, Health & Human Services, Art/Culture/History/Tourism, and Community Organizations.

Strike Up Some Fun Bowling Events
Strike Up Some Fun is a twice-a-year Chamber networking event held each March and November at Royal Family Bowling Center in Front Royal, Virginia. This fun and casual business networking event brings together local professionals for team-building, employee engagement, and community connection — all centered around bowling, friendly competition, and prize giveaways. With door prizes, a 50/50 raffle, and team contests throughout the evening, it’s a high-energy way to connect with the Front Royal–Warren County business community outside the traditional networking setting.

Something's Brewing Beer Fest
Stay tuned for a new and revamped event in 2026. Held in September in the Village Commons Area (Gazebo) of historic downtown Front Royal. This event includes beer and spirits tastings, outstanding live entertainment, fine crafters and artisans and delicious foods. Festival goers also have the opportunity to stroll the beautiful downtown area and peruse lovely shops, get a great cup of coffee or tea, sample some delicious chocolates, or experience a wonderful dining experience at one of the many great downtown restaurants.

Virginia Wine & Craft Festival
Held every third Saturday in May on Main & Chester Streets, the Virginia Wine & Craft festival began in 1986 as the Mushroom Festival and has seen many changes over the years. Now boasting 30 participating wineries from all over Virginia, over 150 fine artisans and crafters, a plethora of delicious foods to choose from and fantastic live entertainment on 2 stages this event has grown to attract ten thousand attendees each year.
